Spicy & crispy dal and cabbage fry
- Olive oil 3gm
- Chillies 2-3
- Curry leaves 3-4
- Red cabbage chopped 150gm
- Chopped tomato 40gm
- Garlic 5gm
- Onion 25gm
- Moong dal 20gm
In a pan, add oil, put cumin & mustard seeds. Let it splutter, add curry leaves. Add onion and garlic.
Now add chillies, soaked dal, red cabbage and tomato.
Add salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and cumin powder.
Mix these well and toss for a few mins. Dont overcook them. They should be crisy.
