Sphegeti with Red sauce
- 50gm sphegeti
- 10gm oil
- Oregano,black pepper crushed,salt,paprika powder
- Veggies as per your choice,onion chopped
- Tomato puree 1 cup
Boil Sphegeti in water with salt and 2-3drop oil once boiled remove water in a strainer and keep it aside.
In a pan heat oil add chopped onion let it turn light golden. Add tomato puree, salt,pepper,paprika powded,salt let it cook.
Add Sphegeti to sauce and let it cook. add olive,basil to garnish.
