How to make Spanish tortilla ( serves 2)
Step-1
Heat oil in a non stick or cast iron omelette pan
Step-2
Fry potatoes keeping each slice separate from other for 2 minutes each sides till 3/4th done on medium flame . Sprinkle salt and pepper and take it out in a plate
Step-3
In the same pan arrange sliced onions and sprinkle some salt and pepper. Meanwhile break 4 eggs and add salt and pepper, whisk well for 1 minute
Step-4
Now divide the egg mixture in two halves and pour one half over the onions carefully and cook for 1 minute
Step-5
Now arrange the tomatoes over the omelette and pour the remaining half over it
Step-6
Arrange the potatoes on top layer and cook for 2 more minute covered
