- Patatoes 100 gms thinly chopped
- One cup of bell peppers, brocolli finely chopped
- Half onion finely chopped
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
- Olive oil 10 gm
- Cheese slice 2
In skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell peppers, potatoes, brocolli. Stir it well. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt. Cook over medium flame.
Meanwhile, in a bowl beat eggs together with salt and pepper.
Pour the above mixture with eggs in a bowl and mix well. Take a pan, add remaining olive oil, keep heat on low. Pour half mixture on the pan. On top of it add 2 cheese slices. Now pour remaining half mixture. Cook on medium flame. Once it's well done flip the egg. Cook other side well. Serve warm.
