- i took 2 whole eggs 1 egg white
- cabbage 100gms
- onion 100gms
- potato 100gms
- cheese 25 gms optional (i didn't use)
- ghee -10gms
- black pepper powder
Finely chop potato, onion and cabbage
You can either cook potato on pan or boil it first then cook on pan. I've boiled for 5mins then took 5gms of ghee and saute it until potato becomes soft. Then add onions and saute for another 3 mins. Then add cabbage and saute for few mins.
Take eggs and add salt, black pepper powder and mix it well.
Add the veggies and egg mix in a bowl.
Heat the pan with ghee on med high flame. Add half of the mix and cook for 30-60sec then add cheese(optional) and add remaining mix. And cook for another 30sec
Flip the omelette and cook another side for 30-45 sec.
Wholaaa!!!!!! your breakfast is ready.
