Spaghetti - 60gram Butter. - 5 gram Mozzarella cheese. - 25 gram Any Mixed Vegetable. - 100 gram

Method

Step 1

Step : Keep enough water in a medium flame while it’s started to boil add salt and cook pasta for minutes and strain it. Keep aside. Step : Make gravy for pasta add butter as your choice add onion tomato and cook till get mashy. Now add vegetable , Ginger&garlic paste, salt turmeric kashmiri chilli powder coriander powder cumin powder. Add water and cook till raw smell goes off. Finally add garam masala and turn off the stove. Step: Now first add cooked pasta in the bowl/tray. On top of it add vegetable gravy and mix well . Finally add cheese to spread evenly. Preheat air fryer broiler mode in degreeF. Now keep pasta tray for minutes. To get chewy texture. Spaghetti vegetable pasta ready
