first make idlis n then cut the idlis add little oil in to pan get idlis fried

Step-2

add oil into pan put all veggies then add sauce n ketchup salt then add fried idlis

but how it has got 56 grams of protein..as 50 g of soya chunks contain 26 grams of protein
