Ingredients for soyabesab chilla
- › besan 40 gm
- › soya 30 gm
- › ghee 5 gm
1. 1. Soak soya in warm water for 10 min 2. grind soaked soya in a mixture. till the consistency is like dosa. 3. mix soya with besan. add little water 4. add spices- salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder 5. i also added 1 spoon lemon juice. made 1 chilla and few bhaji using the batter 6. I used 5 gram ghee also
