- Soyabean Granules: 30g
- Pohe/Rice flakes: 30g
- Ghee/Oil: 10g
- Onion: 1 small
- Mix veggies: as per choice
- Green chillies, Curry leaves and Mustard seed
- Masalas: Dhania powder, Red chilli powder, Garam masala, Amchoor and salt to taste
Prepration: 1. Boil soyabean granules and squeeze out excess water 2. Soak Pohe for a minute and drain out excess water 3. Blanche the veggies (put them in hot water for 2-3 mins)
In a pan add ghee and heat it. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Add onion and sautee for 2 minutes.
Add green chillies and curry leaves & sautee for 1 minute
Add the veggies and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the masalas and give a good mix.
Finally add soyabean and Pohe and mix everything well. Cover the pan and switch off the flame. Let it sit in the build up steam for 4-5 minutes and serve hot!!
