How to make Soyabean Curd Rice
Step-1
In a pan add the ghee, once it heats up add mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger and chilles. Cook for 40-50 seconds
Step-2
Add boiled rice and boiled soyabean granules. Stirr and cook for 2 minutes
Step-3
Add thick curd, salt and pepper and give a good mix. Do not overcook after adding curd. Just a minute will be good
Step-4
It's ready to serve (Hot/Cold) to preference.
