Direction

Step-1

First we prepare a Dough using boiled potatoes, Chana & Soyabean granules power ++ all masalas ++ Ginger & Chillies. Mix all of this well & knead like normal dough.

Step-2

Divide the dough in equal parts & roll it into a patty/tikki

Step-3

On a griddle pour the ghee and shallow fry the patty to desired crispness.

Step-4

Sweeten the curd with stevia, add salt & pepper

Step-5

You may use stevia imili chutney & home made dhania chutney for more flavours.

Step-6

In a bowl place the patties, pour chilled curd, chutney, jeera powder & we are good to go!!

how you calculate carb... 100 gm boiled potato has 21 gm carb n 1.8 grams fiber.. u added curd n chickpea also... correct me if I'm wrong in carb calculations
