Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listSoyabean nuggets (boiled) - 50 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listDefatted Soya flour - 2 tb spoon
  • Recipe Ingredients listMushrooms (sliced & blanched) - 100 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listButter - 10 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listMilk - 50 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listGarlic minced - 4to5
  • Recipe Ingredients listBlack pepper (freshly ground) -1/2 tb spoon
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt+ Chilli flakes + Mixed pasta herbs
  • Recipe Ingredients listWater as & when required

Direction

Step-1

Add butter to the pan & sautee the garlic for about 30 seconds ( don't burn it)

Step-2

Add defatted Soya flour & cook it for about a minute (untill you get nutty fragrance)

Step-3

Now slowly & steadily add milk & keep stirring so that no lumps are formed & cook for a minute

Step-4

Add Pepper corn & salt. Also keep adding water to set a little liquid consistency & add Soyabean (we want the Soyabean to soak in the flavors)

Step-5

Add mushrooms cook for a minute.

Step-6

Finally add origano, mixed herbs , chiili flakes & give a final stirr.
