Soyabean & Atta Biscuits
- Soyabean granules powder: 50g
- Whole wheat flour: 30g
- Rawa: 20g
- Milk: 50ml
- Stevia: 15g (or as per taste)
- Vanilla assence: 4-5 drops
- Salt: 1/4 tea spoon
- Baking powder: 1/4 tea spoon
In a mixing bowl add the flours, salt, baking powder and stevia. Mix all of it well.
Add ghee (10g) and mix well.
Add milk and knead a soft dough. Do not over do the dough
Roll it into a cylindrical shape and cover in a foil. keep in fridge for 15-20 minutes so that it gets firm.
Take out and cut into pieces. And just brush the remaining ghee on top (optional)
In a preheated oven bake it for 15 minutes at 200 degrees
Let them cool to room temperature and enjoy!
