Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listRawa/ Semolina: 40g
  • Recipe Ingredients listSoyabean Granules (powdered): 40g
  • Recipe Ingredients listGhee: 10g
  • Recipe Ingredients listSpianch: 100g (or any veg of choice finely chopped)
  • Recipe Ingredients listGinger Garlic Green chilies: Freshly minced (to preference)
  • Recipe Ingredients listGaram masala + Amchoor: 1 tea spoon each
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt and Pepper

Direction

Step-1

In a bowl take all dry ingredients (rawa, granules powder, masale)

Step-2

Soak Spinach in hot water for 2 minutes and make a fine paste in a mixer

Step-3

Add this paste, ginger, garlic & chilli and form a soft dough (Not hard dough like for roti a bit softer)

Step-4

In case using other veggies- chop them finely and using water make the dough.

Step-5

Divide the dough and form round balls as per size of your pan

Step-6

Greese all paniyaram compartments and place these balls.

Step-7

Cook from all sides on a low flame (with little patience). Minimum 3-4 minutes each side. Serve hot
