Ingredients for soya zucchini thalipet
- › Soya granules - 45 gms
- › Rice flour - 25 gms
- › zucchini - 1
- › onions - 25gms
- › chillies,salt
Method
1. Grind 45gms soya granules to flour consistency and move it into a bowl
2. add the rice flour, grated zucchini,onions,chillies and salt to the same bowl and mix well.
3. do not add extra water as zucchini already contains enough water to mix the ingredients to form a dough.
4. apply some oil on the parchment paper and flatten the dough using your fingers smeared with oil.
5. turn the flattened dough on to the pan after a min take off the parchment paper from the dough and bake well on both sides
6. the above measurements can make 3 medium sized thalipets
