- › 100Gm Wheat Flour 70Gm Soya Chunks 5Gm Ghee Salt and Spices as per taste 150Gms Veggies including Spinach,Carrot,Onion,Reddish

1. Mix all these ingredients with water and make dough of it. Use this dough to cook delicious Soya Wheat Paranthas. you can use 5Gms of Ghee/Butter for Taste.
