- › Defatted soya flour
- › wheat flour
- › rice flour (optional)
1. Mix 100gm wheat flour and 100 gm defatted soya flour.
2. add enough water to get dosa consistency.
3. Add spices and additional items per preference. I added 100gm onion, green chillies, cilantro, pepper, salt and ginger.
4. Make like regular dosas by putting on hot tawa and add oil
