How to make Soya wheat dosa
Step-1
Mix 100gm wheat flour and 100 gm defatted soya flour.
Step-2
add enough water to get dosa consistency.
Step-3
Add spices and additional items per preference. I added 100gm onion, green chillies, cilantro, pepper, salt and ginger.
Step-4
Make like regular dosas by putting on hot tawa and add oil
