Ingredients for Soya Veg Uttapam
- › Soya Granules -30gms
- › Sooji-20gms
- › Curd-40gms
- › Veggie-100gms
1. First Boil 30gms Soya Granules along with salt in a pan. After that wash boiled granules with cold water and keep aside. In a pan add sooji, Curd and salt. Mix well add water for batter consiatency. Keep it aside for 5mins Add chopped veggies of your choice, i added( Corn, onion, beans, bottle gourd,tomato) also add granules and mix well. Now on a pan spray ghee or oil spread the batter evenly and keep it on low flame, cook from both side . Enjoy crispy and high satiety Soy Uttapam.
