  • Recipe Ingredients listsoya granules 20 grma
  • Recipe Ingredients listbesan 20 gram
  • Recipe Ingredients listhalf tea spoon cumin powder, chilli powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, hand ful of coriander leaves.
  • Recipe Ingredients listgreen chilly and ginger paste - 1 tea spoon
  • Recipe Ingredients listhalf lemon juice., salt as per taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listghee 5 grm

Direction

Step-1

soak the chana for 5 hours or overnight. drain and boil it until soft.

Step-2

boil and drain the soya granules

Step-3

in a grinder, grind the kala chana and soya, add all the spices, salt and lemon juice. and mix well.

Step-4

make patty and pan fry it on tawa.

Step-5

enjoy with green chutney.

hi.. what is ur goal. if your goal is fat loss, keep protein between 1.6 to 2.2 and fat minimum 0.6 grm/kg of your weight. uou can go thru get shred document. You can also find a default diet chart under my plans too.

Thanks for this recipe. I am an eggeterian currently struggling to plan my diet chart. I want to plan for 1700 cal with high protein (140-150) low carb (100g) and rest fat. Can you share some diet charts? Thanks
