Ingredients for SOYA VADI WITH EGG
- › 15Gms Grinded Soya Chunk
- › 5 gms Oil
- › 2 Boiled Eggs
- › 2 Bread
- › 2 potato
1. 1. Grind the soya chunks and boil it
2. Mash potatoes and mix soya with it, prepare a shape out of it, we need to mix it in flour.
3. Add Besan flour,ginger garlic paste, ajwain,turmeric,salt, garam masala and mix it well and make a thick batter.
4. Fry on the vessel, fry until golden
