  • Recipe Ingredients listSoya chunks grind to fine powder - 40 g
  • Recipe Ingredients listSemolina(rava) - 105 g
  • Recipe Ingredients listOnion- 100g
  • Recipe Ingredients listCoconut oil - 15 g
  • Recipe Ingredients listMustard seeds- 1tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt to taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listLemon- 1/2( optional)

Direction

Step-1

Keep 2 glasses of water for heating aside

Step-2

In a vessel add oil and musturd seeds- cook for 1/2 minute, then add chopped onions and sauté till it turns golden

Step-3

Add semolina and roast till it leaves a fragrance and add soya powder

Step-4

After it is roasted well add the hot water and salt, stir till it thickens, you can add more water according to the consistency you like.

Step-5

Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot

Step-6

Squeeze lemon on top for an enhanced taste
