50g Soya chunk
50g Wheat flour
50g Peas
Salt, Chilli powder, Cumin-coriander powder, Garam masala, Lemon juice
Finely chopped Coriander and mint leaves

Step-1
Soak 50gms Soya chunks in hot boiling water for 20-30mins
Step-2
Squeeze the excess water from soya chunks and grind it to make it a paste either using Mixer or Hand blender
Step-3
Add half finely chopped onion, peas, masalas, lemon juice, salt, finely chopped coriander and wheat flour and mix them all well.
Step-4
Grease the appam pan with Ghee and pour the mix making small ball/tikki
Step-5
Serve with green chutney & fresh salad
