- Soya Chunks
- Cashew nuts
- Garam Masala
- Chaat Masala
- Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
Add Soya chunks to boiling water and soak it for 10-15 minutes then cool.
Squeeze all water from Soya chunks and grind it.
Add Palak to boiling water for 5 minutes or until done. Cool then squeeze all water from Palak.
Grind Palak and Bread.
Mix ground Soya chunks, Palak, Bread crumbs, Onion, Ginger+ Garlic Paste (optional), Garam Masala, Chaat Masala, Cashew Nuts and Salt to taste.
Mix well and make tikkies.
Add oil to Pan and fry tikkies until golden brown.
