How to make SOYA TIKKI
Boil 50gm soya chucks for 5mins.
Then remove that from the hot water and add some cold water into it for sometime.
Squeeze the chucks and remove all the water soaked into it.
Grind 50gm soya chucks into mixer.
Remove it from mixer and add some garlic paste, green chillies, coriander leaves , all masala and salt.
For 30gm gram flour for binding .
So now once all the stuffs are in place ,mix all the ingredients together and make tikki shape of it.
Pour 5ml oil in non stick pan .
Keep the tikki on the hot pan for sometime and then you can serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce
