Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listRava - 40 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listCrushed soya chunks powder - 30 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listMilk - 200 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listGreens - 100-120 grams (I have used cabbage, capsicums but you can add boiled sweet corn, chopped carrots too)
  • Recipe Ingredients listChopped green chili - 1
  • Recipe Ingredients listChopped coriander - 1 tbsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt - to taste

Direction

Step-1

Measure suji, soya and milk together. Mix and let it rest for 10-15 minutes, to allow suji to absorb the liquid from milk

Step-2

Add all the other ingredients and mix well

Step-3

Heat a waffle iron and spray some oil. (Mine is non stick, so I didn’t used any oil or butter)

Step-4

Pour the batter and let it cook till the timer goes off

Step-5

Mine is a small size waffle iron, so I could make 5 small ones with this quantity. You can even make them like pancakes on a non-stick tawa or pan
