Ingredients for Soya Suji Idli
- › Suji 100g
- › Soya Flour 60g
- › Dal 60g
- › Mustard seeds
- › Eno
- › Curd 100g
- › Oil 5g
Method
1. In a pan dry roast suji and soya flour in a pan and in a separate pan roast mustard seeds and channa dal
2. Once they are roasted let them cool , mix them asking with salt and masala of your choice and add curd and water to make batter
3. Add eno in the mixture and let it rest of 5-10 min
4. Boil water in cooker and meanwhile grease the idly pan with oil
5. Put the batter in idly pan , put it in cooker and cover it with a plate
6. Check it after 10-15 , and once it is done , take it out and eat hot
