Direction

Step-1

In a pan dry roast suji and soya flour in a pan and in a separate pan roast mustard seeds and channa dal

Step-2

Once they are roasted let them cool , mix them asking with salt and masala of your choice and add curd and water to make batter

Step-3

Add eno in the mixture and let it rest of 5-10 min

Step-4

Boil water in cooker and meanwhile grease the idly pan with oil

Step-5

Put the batter in idly pan , put it in cooker and cover it with a plate

Step-6

Check it after 10-15 , and once it is done , take it out and eat hot
