Soya stir fry
- Soya granules 55g
- Veggies 300g
- Oil 20g
- Peri peri seasoning
- Chilli flakes
- Lemon juice 1tsp
Steam all the veggies except bell peppers.I used bell pepper,cabbage,beans,carrots
Heat oil and add bell pepper and pre soaked soya granules.Squeeze excess water from soya granules before adding
Sauté at low flame for 5 min.
Add steamed veggies and cook for another 5 min with lid on!
Now add seasoning,salt,chilli flakes,lemon juice and mix well
Now remove the lid and cook at high flame for 2-3 min
U can add veggies of ur choice,paneer etc as well.
