  • Recipe Ingredients listmoong sprouts - 50 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listsoya chunks - 15 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listbesan - 20 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listgreen chilli - 2 (chopped)
  • Recipe Ingredients listsalt, black pepper, chaat masala - as per taste

Direction

Step-1

1. take sprouts and soya chunks (squeezed) in mixer and grind it. Add little water if required.

Step-2

2. pour mixer in a bowl and add besan , green chilli, salt, black pepper and chaat masala and mix it.

Step-3

3. Heat a non stick pan/tawa and spread some oil. Spread some mixer with spoon evenly and let it cook.

Step-4

4. cook both sides properly and the protien rich chilla is ready to serve. enjoy it with curd/green chutney.
