Ingredients for Soya Spinach Paneer tikki
- › soya chunks 20gms (powdered)
- › Paneer 50gms
- › atta 25gms
- › spinach
- › kasoori methi
- › diced tomato
- › Ajwain, salt, pepper as per taste
Method
1. Grind the soya chunks and powder them
2. make a dough of atta, paneer, soya chunks, spinach and everything else
3. rest it for 10-15 mins
4. divide dough into rolls and roast them as tikki (or whatever form you like) on a non stick tawa/pan
5. serve it with coriander mint chutney or Curd
