How to make Soya Spaghetti
Step-1
Boil Spaghetti with some salt
Step-2
Soak soya granules with some salt for 10 mins
Step-3
Take a pan and add 10 gms butter
Step-4
Saute onion and capsicum till translucent
Step-5
Add tomato and salt and cook until pulpy
Step-6
Add spices, I added chilli and coriander powder
Step-7
Squeeze water from soya granules and add to the pan and mix well
Step-8
Then add the spaghetti, schezwan and chilli sauce and mix well
Step-9
Serve with schezwan sauce on the side
Step-10
