  • Recipe Ingredients listEno and salt

Direction

Step-1

Mix sooji and soya granules. Add water to make it batter consistency. Add salt. Let the batter rest for 5 -10 mins.

Step-2

Now add eno and put the batter in idli cooker. Cook it for 10 minutes. Its ready. Enjoy it with samb
