How to make Soya Seekh kebab
Step-1
Grind soya chunks(make fine powder)
Take half onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, fresh coriander and cumin seeds and Grind it as well
Step-2
Mix both together and add salt, coriander powder, turmaric, garam masala mix well. And after that add water and make a dough
Step-3
Deep hand into cold water and shape the seekh kebab
Step-4
Brush the kabab with oil and place them on pan.
Rotate the kabab in between ani brush oil if necessary. Cook it until brown.
Step-5
Have it with sauce or chutney
