Ingredients for Soya Seekh Kabab

Method
1. 1. Chop veggies - capsicum, onions, carrots, chiilies. 2. Boil potatoes and mash. 3. Soak soya chunks, squeeze the water and grind them in blender. 4. Mixing - Mix the chopped veggies, mashed potatoes, salt and spices (amchur powder, Garam masala, Salt, coriander powder), and grinded soya granules. Round it and give it a cutlet like shape. 5. I baked this for 20 minutes and later shallow fried them. 100 gms Soya Chunks 90 gms Red capsicum 120 gms Carrots 150 gms Potato
