Ingredients for Soya Schezwan Fried Rice
- › 50 g Nutrela
- › 120 g cooked rice
- › 150 g Green veggie
- › 5 g ghee
- › Chilly flakes
- › Dry spices
- › Salt
- › Schezwan sauce
- › Garlic powder
1. Soak nutrela for 15 mins, wash it in a running water.keep it aside.
2. Chop the veggie of your choice. In a heated pan , add oil , then add nutrela.
3. Add dry spices and mix it well, now add green veggie and cook it for 5 mins.
4. Now add cooked rice , salt , spices , Schezwan sauce. Mix it well.
5. Cover the lid for 2 mins , add chilli flakes and serve hot.
