Soya Schezwan Fried Rice
- 50 g Nutrela
- 120 g cooked rice
- 150 g Green veggie
- 5 g ghee
- Chilly flakes
- Dry spices
- Schezwan sauce
- Garlic powder
Soak nutrela for 15 mins, wash it in a running water.keep it aside.
Chop the veggie of your choice. In a heated pan , add oil , then add nutrela.
Add dry spices and mix it well, now add green veggie and cook it for 5 mins.
Now add cooked rice , salt , spices , Schezwan sauce. Mix it well.
Cover the lid for 2 mins , add chilli flakes and serve hot.
