Ingredients for Soya Saute
- › Soya Chunk 40gm
- › Tomato 20 gm
- › Onion 20 gm
- › 5-10 Curry leaves
- › 4 Garlic cloves
- › Coriander leaves
- › Oil 3 ml
- › Salt,Black pepper,curry powder
Method
1. Boil the Soya chunks and drain the water
2. Cut garlic,onion,tomato
3. Heat oil in pan and put cut garlic and curry leaves
4. Put onion and wait till they turn brown
5. Add tomato
6. Add curry powder and mix well
7. Add boiled soya chunks and add salt to taste
8. Mix them well and cook for 5 min
9. Sprinkle Black pepper powder and chopped Coriander leaves
10. Serve hot
