How to make soya salami
Step-1
Just take
50gm ground soya chunks
1 spoon of ginger garlic paste
Coriander
green chilli
Salt
One small egg white and one small whole egg
Blend it together in mixer
Take out on parchment paper along with foil n roll it tightly. Like toffee in the foil.Put it in boiling water on high flame for 12minutes.After that leave it in hot water for 12minutes more.Then take out n cool completely before cutting. yields 10 picked of salami.
