Ingredients for Soya salad
- › soya chunks 30 gms
- › curd 10 gms
- › ghee 5 gms
- › spices as per taste
1. add soya chunks in boiling water for 2 mins. drain the water and squeeze water out of chunks. in a bowl add curd red chilli powder cumin powder and salt.. add chunks to it for 5 mins. add ghee to a pan and saute soya chunks for 2-3 mins. you can have it as a side dish.
