Soya Sabzi with Paneer & Rajmah 😍
- 50 gm Soya Chunks
- 50 gm Paneer
- 25 gm Rajmah
- 10 gm Ghee
- Veggies Mix (250 gm) : Cucumber, carrot, capsicum and tomatoes.
- Spice Mix (as per taste and requirement) : Red Chilli powder, turmeric powder & Salt.
Boil Soya chunks, squeeze out water and keep it aside.
Soak Rajmah overnight. Pressure cook it (5 whistles)
Heat 3 gm ghee in a pan, stir fry paneer cubes until golden brown and keep it aside.
In the same pan heat 7 gm ghee and add mustard seeds. Let them crackle. then add veggies mix. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Then add soya chunks, paneer, rajmah, spice mix and 200 ml water. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Mix 3 gm corn starch in 1 tbsp water and add to the dish to thicken the gravy.
Serve it hot along with Roti or Rice.
