How to make Soya Rice Balls
Step-1
Soya Rice Balls -Mix soya flour, rice flour, salt and baking soda together. Make soft dough out of it using hot water
Divide this dough into equal sized balls. And cook them in boiling water with 4 g oil for 15-17 min. This time may vary with type of flour, consistency of dough and size of balls. So keep and eye on it after 10 min and cook them until soft
Step-2
Chutney1 : in a jar add 12 g of coconut, red chilli, salt. Grind everything well.
Make tadka with 4 g oil, mustard seeds, salt and red chilli.
Mix both the things together
Step-3
Chutney2 - in a jar add remaining coconut, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, asafoetida ( a pinch) and cumin seeds . Grind it to a fine paste
