Ingredients for soya rawa idli and sambar
- › toor dal 25g
- › red masoor 25g
- › soya flour 50g
- › sooji 50g
- › vegetables 100g
- › oil- 10g
Method
1. 1. mix soya flour and sooji with curd and water and let it sit aside for 15-20 minutes
2. 2. add salt, turmeric some grated carrots, green chillies, and spluttered mustard seeds and curry leaves
3. 3. add a pinch of baking soda and mix well
4. 4. place the batter in an idli stand and steam for 10 minutes. soya rawa idlis are good to serve
5. sambar: boil the dals
6. cook vegetables in oil and add the boiled dal once the vegetables are well cooked
7. add sambar powder and tamarind as per taste.
