Ingredients for Soya Rava Upma
- › oil 5gms
- › Rava 30gms
- › Soya Chunks powder 20gms and Water
- › Mustard seeds,Salt,haldi,half onion,tomato,2chillies,curry leaves and coriander leaves.
1. Dry roast Rava and Soya Chunks powder together
2. Add oil to a pan,
3. Add mustard seeds and once it splutters add onion ,chillies,curry leaves once done then add tomatoes,salt and haldi powder let the tomatoes get smashed.
4. Add the roasted Rava n soya, Mix well and den add water to it. Use water as per the consistency u like. Let it simmer for 3mins and garnish witj coriander leaves
