Soya Rajma Tikki with cucumber raita
- 45g Rajma
- 50g Soya Chunks (Soaked in warm water)
- 50g Soya Chunks Raw
- 25g Kasoori methi
- Ginger garlic paste
- Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Red chilli powder, Garam masala powder.
Pressure cook rajma and mash.
Grind raw soya chunks in mixee in a powder form.
Grind Soaked soya chunks in mixee.
Mix all the above ingredients together.. Make tikkies and cook in butter in a non stick pan.
