Tofu = 70 gms
Soya Milk = 250 ml
Soya granules = 20 gms
Water = 200 ml
Erythritol /Stevia = 1-2 Teaspoon
Vanilla Essence = 0.5 Teaspoon
Salt = 1 Pinch

Step-1
Add all the ingredients in the mixer and blend it till we get a fine paste
Step-2
Transfer to a vessel and heat it for 5-10 mins on medium flame. Add more water as per your preference
Step-3
Cool the mixture and freeze for 15 mins
Step-4
If you want a non-flaky texture then blend the mixture again followed by freezing it. Soya Rabdi is ready!
