Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listTofu = 70 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listSoya Milk = 250 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listSoya granules = 20 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listWater = 200 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listErythritol /Stevia = 1-2 Teaspoon
  • Recipe Ingredients listVanilla Essence = 0.5 Teaspoon
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt = 1 Pinch

Direction

Step-1

Add all the ingredients in the mixer and blend it till we get a fine paste

Step-2

Transfer to a vessel and heat it for 5-10 mins on medium flame. Add more water as per your preference

Step-3

Cool the mixture and freeze for 15 mins

Step-4

If you want a non-flaky texture then blend the mixture again followed by freezing it. Soya Rabdi is ready!

Step-5

OPTIONAL: Garnish with dry fruits or Chocolate
