How to make Soya Pulav

Step-1

Add Ghee to a cooker

Step-2

Add jeera,and above mentioned whole spices followed by onion and saute until translucent.

Step-3

Add whole garlic cloves,soya chunks,potato,carrot and green peas and cook for 5-7 minutes

Step-4

Add rice and water and cook for 2 whistles on high flame and 1 whistle on low flame.

Step-5

Serve hot 🔥
