Soya granules 100 gram
Soya chunk 50 gram
Onions 50 gram
Tomatoes 150 gram
Ghee 15 gram
Paneer 200 gram
Baby corn 100 gram
Mushrooms 100 g
Bell pepper 100 g

Direction
Step-1
Boil soya granules for 2 minutes and soya chunk for 5 minutes. Cool down, squeeze water and set aside. You may also only soak and squeeze and skip the boiling
Step-2
Heat Ghee and fry inions till golden brown
Step-3
Add tomatoes and saute in medium heat for 5 minutes. The bhuna should be good and oil and tomato should slightly separate.
Step-4
Add coriander powder, chili powder and turmeric according to taste preference. Mix well and cook for 3-4 mins. Stirr well all the time as low fat cooking tends to burn fast.
Step-5
Add all the veggies. If you want to add fast cooking veg like brocollli, add after rest of the vegetables are 3/4th done. If you use green peas, first add peas and cook till they are 1/2 done.
Step-6
Add salt and Cook covered for 10-12 minutes. Depending on the stove, time will vary. Once veggies are 90% cooked, add the paneer, mix well, cook for 2 minutes and add soya.
Step-7
Cook for 5 more minutes. If soya is not boiled, cook for 10 minutes covered.
Step-8
Garnish with coriander.
