- 25 g Soya chunks (mini)
- 30g Basmati rice
- 10g Ghee
- 1bowl mixed vegetables( finely chopped)
- 1tsp pav bhaji masala
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- Some spring onion to garnish
- Salt to taste
Take some water in a pan, add some salt and bring it to a boil. Add soya chunks and soak it for 5 mins. After 5 mins drain the water and keep soya chunks aside.
In a pan add ghee and saute finely chopped onion. Add mixed vegetables and salt. Cover the lead and let it cook for 5 mins.
Once the veggies get soft add boiled soya chunks and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, stir it well.
Add boiled basmati rice, mix everything well. Cover the lead and cook it for 2 mins.
Sprinkle chopped spring onion and it's done.
