Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients list25 g Soya chunks (mini)
  • Recipe Ingredients list30g Basmati rice
  • Recipe Ingredients list10g Ghee
  • Recipe Ingredients list1bowl mixed vegetables( finely chopped)
  • Recipe Ingredients list1tsp pav bhaji masala
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 onion (finely chopped)
  • Recipe Ingredients listSome spring onion to garnish
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt to taste

Direction

Step-1

Take some water in a pan, add some salt and bring it to a boil. Add soya chunks and soak it for 5 mins. After 5 mins drain the water and keep soya chunks aside.

Step-2

In a pan add ghee and saute finely chopped onion. Add mixed vegetables and salt. Cover the lead and let it cook for 5 mins.

Step-3

Once the veggies get soft add boiled soya chunks and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, stir it well.

Step-4

Add boiled basmati rice, mix everything well. Cover the lead and cook it for 2 mins.

Step-5

Sprinkle chopped spring onion and it's done.
