Ingredients for Soya Protein Shake
- › Dry roasted soya granules powder 25g
- › Roasted Rolled Oats powder 20g
- › Banana 1 medium
- › Cow milk 200ml
- › Soaked Almond 15g
- › Unsweetened cocoa powder 2g
1. Dry roast soya granules and oats and make fine powder in mixer grinder. Add all ingredients Milk, Banana,Soya granules and oats powder, Unsweetened coco powder and make shake. Add water for desired consistency.
